Thank You Luis! |
Question: |
Luis,
From the beginning you've been very diligent in pursuing an explanation.
Your diligence and openness to working in a team are both extremely rare qualities.
Your suggestion of modularization had also occured to me. However, not on the mechanical side.
The following are the main modules:
1. mechanics
2. control electronics
3. GPS/route planning
4. overal control and operational interface

| | Hi ravi,
...
"3. GPS/route planning"
...
I own a TomTom Go navigation device. It's 3 years old and I would give it away to you for ~100 Euros.
Are you interested?
Regards,
Harry
Sorry, I could not resist... ;-)

| | Ravi,
When the mechanics of the machine are componentized it is easier to reuse and to improve the different modules.
Some time in the future we will have a chance discuss this.
Best Regards,
Luis G
