Milankovitch cycle of 41 000 years and equinox cycle? |
Question: |
Salute, i have write in a French forum that Milankovitch cycle of 41 000 years whit the equinox cycle of 26 000 years, is not truth, because the following law of gyroscope:
O = 2[(variability angle)/(180 degrees)]E , (equation 1),
O is the cycle of Earth rotantion axis variability angle,
(variability angle) is the Earth rotation axis variability angle, it is about 2.4 degrees,
E is the equinox precession, it is 26 000 years,
then according to equation 1, O is about 693 years.
I know that Earth is a particular gyroscope and the proof of equation 1 above is very long for the Earth, but
the equation 1 is a general law for gyroscope, and what i want is:
Please, could you give me a web page that show equation 1 is truth ?
