The biggest concern I have is an old one. We are sure steady state precession acts like coasting in some ways while it is being constantly powered. But the acceleration to reach steady state precession seems to cause an opposite reaction at the pivot before reaching steady state speed.
During acceleration into steady state, precession seems to act like rotation in that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction occurring at the pivot. This is very worrisome. It is the reason that rotation cannot in any way be adjusted to cause one directional thrust even while it is coasting. Any change from free coasting is an action that creates an equal opposite reaction.
HOWEVER: If acceleration into precession acted like steady state precession, then all the keys would fit and propulsion would be a centrality. You see the question?
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

There was always the belief that because mechanically powered torque from the bub is studly increased, increments of acceleration gradually build increments of study state precession. (an inch at a time so to speak) This happens as the drive motor accelerates from start-up to top-end rotation speed. This can be equated to an as-if condition. It is as-if gravity were steadily increasing resulting in the study increase of precession speed. As each incremental increases in downward torque were built, the effect of it's acceleration is finished. That is to say, during each incremental distance of time and 'drop' that happens, a distance of precession as seen from an overhead view of beginning degrees to advancing degrees, or horizontal degrees 'from' and 'to'. A small counter action at the pivot should take place there, but it is a very tiny movement and it can be made to happen at any degrees. Once it has happen there is no lasting effect from it. It is over and done with. Eventually and very quickly and at a distance so short, that pivot in micro jerking reaction should be minimal to the extent it can be ignored. Most likely this pivot reaction that some of us have worried about is not actually a problem. I am going to ignore.
