 Hi Quang,
I haven't heard of a gyro being uses this way, but it should be possible. As you are well aware space craft, space telescopes and ships and guidance systems are stabilized from what amounts to drift and very slow vibrations. You might pick up something from studying them. One thing Quang, if you allow structures to bend, yield and vibrate under moments of stress (Bridges and buildings) They are less likely to shear --break?
Well, good luck,
Glenn
